​Neo Crisp

Neo Crisp recently joined ConSol Partners UK as a Delivery Recruitment Consultant. Being a female in a predominantly male work environment, and an ethnic minority, she decided to join the DE&I Committee. Neo personally felt that she could shed some light on some of the subconscious biases and discrimination some people might face in the workplace. Additionally, it was important to her to further grow and develop herself. Neo is prioritising and working on her soft skills and states that being a part of the DE&I committee would help her learn and understand diversity and inclusion much better.
