VP - Regional Trade Documentary Services Product Manager

Our client is an established Global Bank with presence across all the locations. As an expansion plan, they are looking to hire a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who can join the bank for being part of their Trade Team Position Objectives: Coordinate and execute business strategy across multiple geographies, closely working with the regional seniors, as well as the on the ground teams spread across Asia countries. Ensure strong product governance and portfolio oversight across the region. Own the product approval programs and work with Global and local partners to enhance the offering. Drive the rollout and growth of the products in various countries, measuring the performance against agreed targets, driving internal & external sales support with materials, trainings and participation. Based on market dynamics, develop / customize our product offering to suite emerging trends and new demands from the Clients Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the management of business drivers and development of product client segment strategy working closely with the Asia Trade Documentary Services Head. Assist the Asia Trade Documentary Services Head to meet business objectives while ensuring effective control of expenses. Ensure satisfactory results on internal/external audits Ensure product solutions are managed within robust control frameworks and are aligned with regulatory and institutional requirements Work with Market Managers to increase trade wallet penetration of strategically identified clients Manage communication with Operations team. Champion the product P&L growth through client interactions / presentations at multiple levels within the Treasury/Finance & Procurement chains in the client organizations. Reporting to the CEO Will Manage a direct team Must have start up mentality and must be very hands on We are looking for a competent Global Vice President - PR & Marketing with a passion and experience for growing high-performance teams. The role will be leading the Marketing and PR team, responsible for marketing and communications movement and budget across the firm, and responsible to deliver the mission of the company and grow our business and footprint. You will craft the marketing and PR strategy for the firm and manage communication across various media, and help shape narratives that matter to our firm, our founder, and our investors. You are comfortable switching between strategy and execution. You will be overseeing complex production, triangulating between managing in-house and external agencies and partners. That's not all - you will also be our trusted advisor, connecting data, strategy, and vision to guide the way forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Global Vice President for PR & Marketing, you will collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identifying ways to support this mission. Job duties includes: Team leadership - Hire, coach and lead a global Marketing and PR teams across Asia and other regions. Build a cohesive Marketing and PR strategy for our activity for both local and global audiences. Ensure all activities are following best practices and delivering the best possible experience for our founder, team, and community. Maintain strong network with agency partners, media/journalists and drive efficiency within such relationships. KEY REQUIREMENTS Preferably with Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant discipline. Minimum 15 years' experience in Marketing and PR Communications / Integrated Marketing Communications / Branding. Industry Experience In Fintech/Crypto/Blockchain, especially B2B Technology is a must Solid leadership skills and growth management with outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing talents. Highly organised, detailed-oriented, and able to set clear guidelines and deadlines Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, non-stop environment. Personal and professional interest in different areas of marketing, zest for learning and leveraging the latest trends, channels, and tools.
