WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide administrative support to a group of senior investment professionals and investment services professionals in the APAC region of our global Firm. In this role, you will:
- Set up and coordinate meetings for the team across Asia
- Manage calendars
- Prepare meeting notes and print outs
- Book meeting rooms
- Maintain contacts / update business cards in contact
- Pick up the phones when the team is not available / direct the phone call / take messages
- Arrange business trips / hotel bookings and end to end travel itinerary needs
- Prepare expense claim reports
- Handle medical and benefit expense claims
- Support team engagements
- Ad hoc assignments as required
WHAT'S REQUIRED
- Positive personable, and humble attitude
- Proactive team player
- Fast learner with the ability to work with urgency and manage conflicting priorities and in a very fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, detailed oriented, and highly sensitive to handling confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills - English written and spoken
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
