Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The role is to support the daily operation of the fund/portfolio management team on the open-ended APAC real estate fund. The Fund now have more than 30 assets invested in the region and will continue to expand.


Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Preparation of quarterly performance analysis and other benchmarking exercise
  • Maintaining the fund financial models
  • Compilation of data with our functional teams (mainly accounting, asset management) for the preparation of regular (quarterly basis) and ad hoc reports, presentation materials, investors' questionnaires, announcements and any other documents for the existing clients, prospects, clients' consultants and senior management
  • Assisting in collection of information for portfolio analysis by liaising with colleagues of other departments in the region
  • Coordinating quarterly valuation with external appraisal firms


Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in real estate analysis and fund operation environment


Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel and financial modeling
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Prior working experience in the financial or real estate industry, or in a multinational company environment an advantage
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to details and accuracy
  • Efficient, having strong multi-tasking and time management ability; be able to prioritize multiple assignments from time to time
  • Adaptable to a dynamic working environment and able to work under pressure
