Cash Management Sales
POSITION PURPOSE
- To drive the growth of Cash Management revenues in Singapore across clients segments.
- To support the growth of the client franchise through technical expertise and structuring capabilities for Cash management opportunities
- Work in cooperation with the Coverage, Regional Cash Management as well Liquidity Management teams origination of new transactions and management of existing portfolio
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial performance
- Achieve new client acquisition, sales budget, Deposits and transactions volume growth & relevant KPIs as defined and agreed
- Develop and drive commercial strategy with consultation of Coverage and Product Specialists
- Build active pipeline of deals and revenue streams
- Work with internal stakeholders to build client centric solutions and ensure timely submission of deals
- Managing key regional deals/ clients and work with RTCs
- Responsible for deal strategy, pricing, presentation deck preparation and working with Product/Implementation/ Client Service to check viability of offering
- Assist product team in identifying and developing contemporary Cash Management products in line with market trends and corporate requirements
2. Marketing performance
- Manage the process of preparing and producing client proposals and pitches
- Solution design, Leading & Managing the RFP & RFIs responses
- Review and improve our pitching marketing material on a regular basis
- Raise internal and external awareness of our franchise via internal marketing and external events
3. Risk and Portfolio Management
- Preserve the quality of stickiness of the portfolio through a periodic review of volumes and accounts behaviours, cross sell/deep sell
- Close monitoring & revenue tracking of deals post go live
- Review regularly the level of the sight deposits and transaction volumes and decide whether the commercial actions need to be adjusted
- Ensure that operational risk inherent to Cash Management business is monitored and closely controlled
TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
Work Based Competencies Required:
- Understanding of :
- Cash Management products and services,
- Common requirements of customers on the Cash Management front, - Awareness of banking laws, rules and regulations
- Reasonable ability to analyse financial statements
Behavioural Competencies Required:
- Passion to succeed in a Sales environment
- Strong Inter-personal, negotiation and customer management skills,
- Self-driven and result oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS (IF REQUIRED)
- Graduate from a leading university
- Post graduate in Management from a premier institution (Preferred)
- Relevant experience in Cash Management or related financial products / services,
- At least 5 years of Cash Management sales & structuring experience
- Knowledge of cash management products
