Our client is one of digital solutions covering capital markets, financial technology and blockchain services, currently they are looking for COO to lead the product, marketing, and compliance.
You will manage all aspects of the business operations including compliance and regulations regarding to license from MAS and focusing in developing company's growth strategy.
You will be part of a small dynamic team to build the next generation enterprise grade blockchain applications for the financial industry by providing advice to CEO and senior management.
Skills/ Experience
- Mins 15 years working experience in the banking, fintech and crypto industry is preferable and good understanding of financial and blockchain technology from start-up environment
- Have an analytical mind and an eye for detail, with a desire to probe further into data, and synthesize it into actionable information with a clear content and messaging
- Have good communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with senior business partners, resolving problems cross-functionally across departments and regions
- Solid knowledge of regulatory MAS and have experience working in an international cultural team with global / regional roles.
- Excellent business and commercial judgement, analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
- You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgement, work independently and have initiative mindset.
