Client Account Specialist (Asia Market)

The Client Account Specialist is responsible for building, managing and maintaining a profitable long term relationship between clients in a B2B manner and they will be assigned to manage Asia clients' portfolio.

You will:
As a CAS, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between the existing premier partners (assigned portfolio). This will entail activities such as understanding the traders current pain-point and how we are able to deliver solutions to maintain the business relationship.

Meet personal and team targets

You will be required to consistently update your knowledge and awareness of the respective market's development and movement, competitive analysis to define potential competitors as well as highlighting potential opportunities we can tap into.

Though predominantly tasked with a "farmer" responsibility, you will also need to proactively seek out referrals to pipeline for potential revenue streams as well as following up with any potential leads to activate and convert the leads to be active partners.

Manage client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training, and incentive offerings, ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information

The ideal candidate:

Japanese/Korean Speakers, any other language is a plus.

At least 1 year of experience in an Crypto/FX Sales/Retention role or any form of sales (call center preferred)

Experience in financial products or from a financial industry would be ideal but not compulsory.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in brief business competitor analysis and ability to be proactive in maintaining business relationships.

As this is a sales position, we are looking for individuals who are used to working in a number-driven performance environment and experience in achievements in any sales targets would be ideal.
