Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible in performing end to end client on-boarding, maintenance requests and periodic reviews.
- Documentation review on all account opening and maintenance documents, conduct KYC (CDD/AML/CFT) checks and name screenings
- Maintenance of in-house systems including client management database, client trading accounts and KYC workflow tool
- Handle client enquiries on trading and funding matters, including funding, withdrawal and FX conversion requests
- Liaise and maintain effective communications with internal and external contacts on administrative tasks, exceptional and contingency situations
- Perform BAU duties and operational tasks as necessary
- Support new business initiatives, trading system and infrastructure enhancements
- Lead project development, manage the development process, oversee projects implementation and budgetary control
- Initiate and recommend process improvement, together with technology team, to improve productivity effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure policy and procedure are up-to-date and streamline processes where necessary
- Other related tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum Degree from reputable institution majoring in Finance, Economics and/or Business
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services sector
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
- Strong IT literacy, Familiar with Microsoft office software.
- Able to read and write fluently in both English and Mandarin
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers, management and clients
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work under pressure
