Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support, troubleshoots, and resolves simple technical issues
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers
- Troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
- Assist with the co-ordination in administration matters such as proposal preparation, project documentation and the facilitation of project meetings.
