- Director / Associate Director, Enterprise (B2B) Marketing & Communications
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop B2B customer-focused messaging and positioning strategies
- Develop channel marketing/communications plan & programs - channels, tactics and timing
- Design, plan and execute online / offline events & exhibitions to drive leads & demands with company's solutions & products
- Partner with Product Marketing on the development and maintenance of marketing communications plans including messaging/creative strategy in partnership with Digital & Creative Services and/or external resources, the creation and maintenance of sales training materials & collateral, advertising plans & creative and digital content
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support local channel marketing execution
- Lead and manage overall corporate communications & public relations strategies
- Be the leading person for any external communications
- Crisis management
- Oversee both media relationship and SNS channel communications
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of hands-on Marketing & Corporate communications experiences, preferably from Tech solution company or Reputable enterprise
- Strong leadership & people communications skills
- Capable to work in muliti-cultural environment
- Familiar with managing online/offline seminars, event activities and conventions
- Familiar with SNS channel management
- Willing to travel, about 20-30% of work time
- Proficient in English and one other language (preferably Mandarin or Korea)
