Finance Process Leader, APAC

Key Responsibilities:

One of global healthcare company is currently looking Finance process leader, APAC to be responsible for managing and the reporting of financial information standardisation of system and management reporting of APAC countries as well as establishment and continuous improvement of business process management of APAC countries.

  • Working closely with APAC Finance Manager, business process leads and will work collaboratively with the local finance and operation teams across the APAC region.
  • Establishment and continuous improvement of business process management, including project management, implementation of strategies for effective and efficient monitoring of processes, risks and control
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation to Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the regional and global organisations through continuous Improvement and improved professionalisation of the finance function
  • Support the month end closing and forecasting processes, particularly driving efficiency
  • Support aspects of Control, Reporting and Compliance
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
  • Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Responsible for accounting processes and support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
  • Liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required

Skills/ Experience

  • Degree in Accountancy or related discipline or professional accounting qualifications with minimum 8 year's working experience Knowledge of AX 2012 / Dynamics 365, SAP and Oracle Cloud would be preferable
  • The successful candidate should have proven track records in financial management and reporting experience as well as continuous improvement of business process management
  • Experience working in growth markets and matrixed organisations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with proven track record displaying the ability to influence change at a senior management level within the organisation and the ability to encourage compliance with new strategies.

You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgement, work independently and have initiative mindset.
