Summary
- To Provide Back Office and Middle Office Support for Hedge Fund Operations
- To provide support during London hours (8am - 6pm OR 3pm - 12am)
- This person will have exposure to Portfolio Managers and senior staff members and work closely with other Operations staff.
- Buyside macro hedge fund
Duties
- Trade processing and reconciliations from trade execution to settlement and exceptions management.
- Process NDF Fixings and Options expiries
- Cash Management; payments, cash flows and margining
- Risk Management; P/L and risk monitoring and data analytics
- Month end valuations and NAV accounting
- Investor Reporting
- Fund regulatory and compliance
- Assist in managing relationships with various providers
- Prime brokers
- Custodians
- Fund Administrator
Product Knowledge
Foreign Exchange, NDF, FX Options, Interest Rate Swaps, Swaptions, Total Return Swaps, Futures and Derivatives
Candidate background
- Ideally buy side / sell side experience and fund administration.
- Good product knowledge
- Good knowledge of P/L and Risk breakdowns
- Good IT knowledge, strong in Excel spreadsheets
