Responsibilities

  • Act as HR business partner for our leaders and employees
  • Be the process owner and manage the full HR lifecycle, including HR administration (on/offboarding, internal transfers), talent Acquisition/ management processes (annual performance cycle, development) and compensation cycle
  • Implement HR processes and procedures with focus on digitalization and employee experience
  • Responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Collaborate with our external payroll partners and provide monthly payroll inputs

Experience

  • Bachelor / master's in business administration, psychology or related field. Further education in the field of HR is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 year's experience as HR Manager/Business Partner or HR generalist role, with Strong Experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Having Financial Services/ Securities Industry knowledge will be a huge advantage
  • Must have a start-up mindset
  • Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
  • Able to build a HR Function from Ground Zero (Transform a Traditional HR function to more forward-looking people-oriented HR function)
  • Understanding of Singapore HR policies, laws and regulations
  • Independent, pro-active/entrepreneurial working style with a can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on work with limited direction (Take the Initiative type)
  • Ability and willingness to drive the quality and value of HR through digitalization and employee experience
