Our client is a Joint Venture between two established financial service companies. They are looking for their first HR Head here in Singapore. Will report to the COO.
Fintech or Financial industry experience is a must
Startup experience is essential. Must have helped with a setup of a business and HR Processes from Scratch
Responsibilities:
* Act as HR business partner towards the leaders and employees
* Be the process owner and manage the full HR lifecycle, including HR administration (on/offboarding, internal transfers), talent management processes (annual performance cycle, development) and compensation cycle
* Implement HR processes and procedures with focus on digitalization and employee experience
* Responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding, in collaboration with both companies.
* Collaborate with our external payroll partners and provide monthly payroll inputs
Experience:
* Bachelor / Master in business administration, psychology or related field. Further education in the field of HR is a plus
* Minimum of 8 years' experience as HR manager/business partner or HR generalist role
* Solid understanding of HR and talent management processes
* Understanding of Singapore HR policies, laws and regulations
* Independent, pro-active/entrepreneurial working style with a can-do attitude and willingness to do hands-on work is a must have
* Ability and willingness to drive the quality and value of HR through digitalization and employee experience
