Human Capital Associate


Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HC functions and duties.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Responsible for C&B functions including preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) for 7 locations.
  • Manage working permit application and renewal.
  • Monitor and maintain HRIS system.
  • Ensure accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR System
  • Coordinate HC projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist internal and external audits where necessary.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned



Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Self-motivator, ability to work independently and with the team
  • 5-7 years of relevant human resource position
  • Hands on experience with Asia locations payroll
  • Knowledge in Labor Ordinances and other related legislations
  • Excellent analytic and organizational skills
  • Well-organized, good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
