Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations, i.e., Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Matters, Work Pass Renewal, Welfare, Career Development, HR Strategic Plans etc
  • Support development of HR strategic mid-term plans and initiatives that support business needs
  • Manages and drive the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Analysis of trends in compensation and benefits
  • Maintains compliance with employment act and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Oversee the full spectrum of employees' lift cycles from on boarding to off boarding, including confirmation, contract renewals and re-employment
  • Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration
  • Coordinate in implementing workplace health programmes
