Job Location: Hong Kong
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Formulate, forecast and execute manpower plan and budget into business plan and review periodically
- Formulate and implement the HR policies, operational procedures and systems to meet organizational growth
- Work closely with BU heads to identify capability needs for short-term and long-term success
- Develop plans for addressing any capability gaps at all levels
- Assist on organization development to cope with business goal
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
- Interpret and advise on employment legislation
- Listen to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Enhance effective communication, harmonic staff relations in the organization
- Work on ad hoc project such as reorganization
- Stationed at Hong Kong and frequent travel to Vietnam and Mainland China
Qualifications:
- Degree or above in human resources management or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of solid HRM experience in sizable organizations
- Experience in listed company
- Experience in manufacturing
- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to analyze, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment
- Ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner
- Influencing and negotiating skills, to implement HR policies
- Willing to travel
