Responsibilities:
* Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email daily, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
* Improve client's experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
* When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre- and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
* Become an expert on client's Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.
* Providing vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends, from their own experience using the Products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers.
* Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser's business to success.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
* Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
* Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
* Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
* Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.

Processes:
* Cold calling and finding relevant contact details to reach out to unresponsive clients
* Respond within the client's requested time window
* Send an email follow-up for every successful call
* 6 hours of talk time per day with adherence to AUX code
* Uphold Quality Assurance standards, call compliance, and code of conduct
* Log accurately, record all calls
* Success story (2 per month, varies by region)
* Reporting as required
* This sales role requires
➢ Up to 6 hours call time per day
➢ Up to 9 KPIs
➢ To ensure quality, we also have Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction scores as KPIs
Additional Information
* Working hours will be subject to time difference based on the state of country that candidate is over-seeing (Korea Market - 8am to 5pm Singapore Time (Mondays to Fridays))
* Required to work on Singapore Public Holidays if Korea is not having Public Holidays, with this candidate will be credited an off-in-lieu (OIL). If Korea is having Public Holidays (not require working unless operation requires) and Singapore is not having Public Holiday, then candidate must utilize his/ her OIL / Annual Leave / No Pay Leave (Important to highlight to candidate)
* Estimate 4 weeks training (product knowledge, soft skills, sales training etc.)
* Required to pass the certification at the end of the training program to fulfil the role
* This is a BPO environment where client outsource their SMB business to the company.
* Information and data security is extremely important to our client. Billions of user information is in our hands and as a vendor, we are required to protect and adhere to these security requirements. Example (not limited to below)
