Our client is a Leading Bank, who are looking for a competent and hands on HRIS professional to join the small team.

HR Analytics manager is responsible to enable people data, analytics and data culture to HR and business stakeholders. The role drives the strategic analysis of people data and metrics to identify meaningful trends and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, design and implement self-service dashboards with intuitive user experience that presents data insights in a meaningful and actionable manner for key HR stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR business partners and specialists to define analytical strategy, problem statements and hypotheses to address identified opportunities, including analytical approaches, data and technology requirements.
  • Level up analytical capabilities by enhancing intellectual programming analytics through current and new HR system and technologies.
  • Drive HR operational efficiency through analytical and RPA capabilities.
  • Proactively identify key relevant trends, and present key implications and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Research and employ advanced analytics techniques to test hypotheses.
  • Design, develop and implement HR data governance framework.
  • Collaborate with HR data community to promote data governance and stewardship, data quality.
  • Develop bank-wide models and perform statistical analysis to identify key areas of risk and predict risk events.
  • Drive development of data capabilities in HR, by advising and training the teams in the use of HR analytics to diagnose and address workforce issues

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in people analytics role with a proven track record in transforming HR via analytics
  • Should be a self-starter and an initiative business partner to respective HR and business stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of mathematical and modelling techniques. An ability to translate business problems into mathematical formulations. Familiar with data manipulation and analysis. Ability to approach data in creative ways and from different angles for use in predictive and prescriptive modelling
  • Experience in building and operationalizing the analytical capability
  • Programming experience in Python and other statistical software, experience in Supervised/Unsupervised Machine Learning is a plus
  • Proficient in SQL, VBA, and python
  • Experience with end-to-end data delivery, from data infrastructure to visualization using BI Tools, especially PowerBI.
  • Experience with Automation tool is a plus e.g. Blueprism, UIpath
  • Experience working with unstructured datasets with knowledge in text mining and text analysis is preferred
  • Able to present analysis in a manner accessible by non-statisticians through data visualization techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
