Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and drive end-to-end delivery of product & marketing campaigns, including events/seminars/webinars, eDMs, advertising, social media
  • Development of web content including research, ideation, writing, copy editing, selection of images, content marketing initiatives and performance monitoring
  • Responsible for the brand's owned digital assets, management and maintenance of content through various channels including but not limited to websites and social media
  • Drive content delivery by working with relevant stakeholders and fund partners
  • Working with outside agencies, be responsible for the development of web content/assets (for e.g., videos, webinars)
  • Develop website content, content marketing initiatives and monitor performance (D2C)
  • Support campaign strategies to increase traffic, conversions and revenue (D2C)
  • Support in the monitoring and reviewing of digital marketing performance to track status of KPIs and evaluate optimization opportunities by enhancing content/creatives



Role Purpose:

  • Plan, execute and drive end-to-end delivery of brand, product & marketing campaigns across channels including events/seminars/webinars, eDMs, advertising, social media
  • Development of web content including research, ideation, writing, copy editing, selection of images, content marketing initiatives and performance monitoring
  • Responsible for the brand's owned digital assets, management and maintenance of content through various channels including but not limited to websites and social media
  • Ensure a well-represented brand image on all mediums including print, digital and social
  • Drive content delivery by working with relevant stakeholders and fund partners
  • Working with outside agencies, be responsible for the development of web content/assets (for e.g., videos, webinars)
  • Develop website content, content marketing initiatives and monitor performance (D2C)
  • Support campaign strategies to increase traffic, conversions and revenue (D2C)
  • Support in the monitoring and reviewing of digital marketing performance to track status of KPIs and evaluate optimization opportunities by enhancing content/creatives
  • Support in the reviewing and optimization of account campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding strategies, creatives, landing page experience, and conversion flows
  • Support the improvement of organic search with SEO through content and website optimisation
  • Support BAU marketing duties & other ad-hoc duties assigned to deliver business outcome



Problem Solving - Routine, concrete, complex or conceptual

  • Good sense of consumer digital behaviour and B2B working models
  • Able to simplify or break down complicated/technical content to easy-to-understand content pieces
  • Good understanding of unit trust and platform business as well as its revenue model will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical capability in data analysis with fundamental knowledge/experience with web analytics, data visualization, and measurement tools such as Google Analytics

  • Support in the strategizing and development of marketing plans with a holistic view of both B2B and D2C channels together with fund partners ultimately to achieve business goals

Internal Network

  • Business development, web developers, customer service, operations, compliance, finance teams and other group marketing teams



External Network

  • Work with external vendors on production of marketing content/collaterals when necessary such as creative agencies, freelancer writers/copywriters and other marketing/media agencies.
  • Maintain good relationship with fund partners to support and execute relevant marketing initiatives



Risk Management and Governance

  • To self -identify issues arising from controls weaknesses (Inadequate/Ineffective controls) notes from control assessments, risk events/incidents happened
  • To have adequate controls to reduce number of regulator breaches and ensure there are no recurrence events.


Education Qualifications:
A degree holder in business, marketing or related field

Required Capability:

  • Must have experience managing webinars and seminars, including hosting and end-to-end delivery
  • Good understanding of direct to consumer marketing techniques & practices, marketing campaigns and customer communication
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B, B2C marketing, particularly digital marketing
  • Strong project management, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms and trends.
  • Knowledge of banking, life, investment and unit trusts products, and their distribution and promotion within Singapore
  • Past experience in financial services marketing and a good understanding of investment products especially unit trust is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the distribution and promotion of B2B marketing within the Singaporean context
