About the Company:

Our client is US Logistics Company that is expanding its network in Singapore. They are now actively looking for a Pricing Executive to further develop a long-term partnership in this sector. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pricing Executive to join our team. As a Pricing Executive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating air and sea freight pricing requirements and ensuring accurate responses to tenders and requests for quotations (RFQs). Your responsibilities will involve working closely with the Key Account and Sales teams, negotiating rates with carriers, and maintaining an updated quotation log.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate air and sea freight pricing requirements for tenders and RFQs.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to pricing requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Collaborate with the local Key Account and Sales teams to develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with local and regional product teams to establish port-to-port rates and local charges.
  • Negotiate rates with air and sea freight carriers when necessary.
  • Maintain an up-to-date quotation log to track pricing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar pricing or freight coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of air and sea freight pricing structures and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using pricing tools and software.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
