Responsibilities:
- Develop HR Strategy & Employer Branding and identifying the company's key values.
- Establish Recruitment Strategy and handled Talent acquisition, managing the pipeline and talent leads, ensuring that the process is smooth and transparent.
- Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers on talent acquisition needs including role design, JD drafting, expectations alignment, etc.
- Recruit, grow, mentor, and operate the HR teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in HR planning & operations, or recruiter experience focus on new technology / e-commerce / logistics industry.
- Familiar with recruitment of Technology, Marketing, Sales, Accounting & Finance positions is preferred.
- Proven experience in talent attraction, engagement and acquisition, employer branding.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a quickly evolving and dynamic work environment, willing to handled hands-on process.
- Strong communications in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
