Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support and Admin
- Assist sales team with following up on client leads
- Prepare and manage contracts
- Manage client and deal records in our CRM database
- Assist with project scoping and quotations
- Inbound Sales Management
- Managing inbound sales leads to maximise revenue potential upon conversion
- Supporting our regional management team in sales follow-ups on major proposals, up to the point of sales conversion
- Client Service
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to achieve contract renewals
- Selling new projects to existing clients to maximise our revenue base
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- 2-4 years of working experience in a sales or client service role
- Experience in selling data-related/market research solutions is preferred
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets is preferred
- Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Reasonable command of English
- A knack for building strong relationships with clients
- A keen and creative eye for sales opportunities
- You are a good team player, resourceful and committed to finishing allocated tasks
