Role Responsibilities
The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate

The successfully candidate must have technical and hand on experience supporting in-house and vendor application.

  • 5-7 years of technical support experience in the information technology and banking sector.
  • Must be a skilled problem-solver who follows through on implementation
  • Must be able to work on both technical and functional areas of implementation.


  1. Analyse technical issues, performing root cause analysis and proposing timely solutions. Escalate to other parties as appropriate.
  2. System Integration, responsible for coordination of tasks and resources related to system integration, validation of testing and implementation.
  3. Coordinate and track technical support issues with partner vendors
  4. Skilled with REST/SOAP operations using Postman / SoapUI
  5. Hands-on implementation of patches into testing and production environment
  6. Prepare and complete document, e.g. technical spec, interface spec
  7. Prepare and manage the required implementation/go-live activities together with project lead/project manager
  8. Hands-on implementation of patches into testing and production environment
  9. Provide progress update and escalate project risks and issues to project lead/project manager
  10. Prepare implementation and deployment plan
  11. Raise change and deploy change
  12. Adhere to bank's policy and control on software development and release.
