Manager (Billing Operations)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs requirements are met
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills to customers
- Assist Consumer Ops in the resolution of billing enquiries if required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on billing matters
- Constantly review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
- Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change / projects / initiatives
- Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognised University with at least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset
- Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines to meet
- Ability to lead and handle obstacles to change or new process/ideas
- Experience in billing is preferred
