Job Description
This role is responsible for providing full support and accountability to the Operations Department in all aspects on Treasury and Wealth Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform processing and settlement of FX, MM, derivatives, DF/NDF, IRS, CCS, bonds, treasury bills, equities as well as remittances.
  • Identify and support business needs in all aspects of Treasury and WM Operations.
  • Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform daily EOD checks, reconciliation of securities position/holdings, management and regulatory reporting.
  • Perform deposits placement/rollover in case of need.
  • Maintain complete transaction records, documents and report to ensure completeness and accountability.
  • Respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients as well as Head Office.
  • Actively involve and participate in system projects, initiatives, enhancements and UAT.
  • Ensure timely update and review of the relevant Policy and Procedures manual.
  • Ensure that internal rules, policies and procedures are adhered to and in strict compliance with the regulatory rules.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head.



Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of directly relevant working experience in similar capacity.
  • Good strong working knowledge in treasury, derivatives and commodity products.
  • Strong overall knowledge of Treasury Operations processes and ability to identify risk gaps and solve problems.
  • Good understanding of regulations, industry guidelines and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues.
  • Must have strong ability to communicate in Mandarin, due to job requirement.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Meticulous and good problem solving skills.
  • Experience in change management, system testing and implementation and project management will be an added advantage.
  • A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, responsible, meticulous and able to multi-task.
